    <summary type="html">depending on how long your dreads are i think if they are short you should def go with a  profesional stylish head band and do some maintenance....if they are long then i think maintenance and tying it together should be good enough...and if you are going to a company that isnt ok with your hair then trust me you dont wanna work there</summary>

Do u wear a wig to hide the dreads and then if u get the job, let ur dreads show..........................OR do u buy a dread wig to give the idea dat u have dreads..................OR do u wear a fashionable band and leave ur dreads to show at the back......................OR???????? what would you do???</summary>
