      <description>Ye, I agree...a nice head band or small head scarf to keep the dreads out of the way and a bit neater sounds like the ticket to me.</description>

      <description>depending on how long your dreads are i think if they are short you should def go with a  profesional stylish head band and do some maintenance....if they are long then i think maintenance and tying it together should be good enough...and if you are going to a company that isnt ok with your hair then trust me you dont wanna work there</description>

Do u wear a wig to hide the dreads and then if u get the job, let ur dreads show..........................OR do u buy a dread wig to give the idea dat u have dreads..................OR do u wear a fashionable band and leave ur dreads to show at the back......................OR???????? what would you do???</description>
